Utilities: For stays of 30 or more nights guests agree to pay ALL costs for gas and electric use during the term of the rental and authorize these charges to be billed to the credit card on file. Copy's of utility bills will be presented to guest prior to any charges being billed. A $1000 utility deposit will also be billed to the card on file on day of arrival and any outstanding utility charges after departure will be deducted from the utility deposit. Any remaining balance of the utility deposit will be refunded in full within 15 days of payment of final utility bill.

Summary: What a house!!! Wonderful accomodations, Perfect location, close to everything!! Property managers were very helpful the one time I had questions!! I would DEFINITELY stay here again if the opportunity arises!!
