Positive: AMAZING location, facilities, host - we loved our experience! It was set in the pines, beautiful porch/balcony that allowed us to spend most of our time outside, and the inside was just as nice.
Negative: Lots of stairs - make sure family is able to live with stairs (probably not best option for someone with toddlers or elderly)
Summary: We loved everything-especially the porch/balcony areas to enjoy the pines - will definitely be back!
