Gorgeous home that is close to everything. Home backs to canal with its own private boat dock and lift. Canal leads directly into the Gulf. Home has private access to beautiful Vanderbilt beach on the Gulf just across the street. The home has a beautiful open floor plan with a tremendous amount of light The master bedroom has a king size bed and it own private luxury bath. The second bedroom has queen size bed and it own bathroom with sliding glass windows to the heated pool and jacuzzi. The third bedroom has two comfy twin size beds. The home also has a den that has a large double size pull out bed overlooking the canal. Sit on your private dock and watch the dolphins swim up and down the canal. The Gulf is just a 100 yards away where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises. You will be in comfort and luxury for your entire stay. You could not ask for a more peaceful and private setting that is close to everything. Sorry there are no check ins on Sundays only Monday thru Saturday. You can check out on Sundays but no Check ins

Summary: location is short walk to beach which is a plusBe aware renting this as Naples is under a lot of construction There was a barge in the canal in front of the home for 3 days of our 2 week stay Noise early and all day Owner would not compensate for anything because “not in her control”Beware because home next door will be torn down as well as 2 lots across the street and when sold will have construction Home in need of lots of TLC 3 broken chairs which we set aside for the tripBeach chairs were not adequate unless u like camp chairs or child’s chairs Went tostore and purchased our ownAll dishes and utensils need replacing and rusty cookie sheets etc Not sure if the owner ever looks at inventory All would not be so bad if not listed as luxury
