The free shuttle bus stop is 15 yards from the house, with Deer Valley ski lifts approximately 1/4 mile away. Deer Valley Direct free car service (like a local Uber) is also available from this location. Park City's Main Street can be reached with just a short ride or 10 minute walk. Park City Ski Resort is less than 1 mile away and on the free shuttle and bus routes. FREE Shuttle buses to all the resorts stop by every 7 minutes.
The layout is ideal for two families of four or three couples. There are 3 private and spacious bedrooms (2 king beds and a bunk room with 4 twins + trundle), each with ensuite bathrooms, Smart TVs and separately managed heating/cooling environments.
The house is on 3 levels with approx 2,500 sq ft of space. Each bedroom occupies a different level for the ultimate in privacy. The designer remodel provides a brighter, more modern mountain feel with particular upgrades that include, private hot tub with mountain view, new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, smart Roku TVs with Wifi in all bedrooms, large 65" flat screen smart TV with BluRay/DVD and stereo in the living room and wireless broadband internet.
The living room has large over-sized sofas, a large gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, deck and bar.
The private outdoor hot tub is on the upper back deck with open mountain views and is perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day on the slopes. There is a gas grill on the front deck for those BBQ nights.
The master bathroom has a dual showerhead with body showers for four simultaneous shower heads!
The kitchen is fully appointed with both a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, crock pots, blenders, mixers, microwave/air fryer/toaster oven combo.
Other amenities include Keurig pods to get you started, tea, and basic condiments, a laundry with washer and dryer in the house and parking for 2 cars.
