Welcome to this fabulous villa in Fort Lauderdale. With a large bedroom including a king bed and a spacious living/dining area with a sofa bed, guests find plenty of space to relax. The villa features a bright bathroom and full kitchen with stove, microwave, full refrigerator and dishwasher. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, and keep your clothes fresh with the in-unit Washer and Dryer.
You will have amazing views whether you are on the Ocean side or the InnerCoastal side of the building. Requests for one side or the other are not guaranteed, but the front desk does the best they can to get you the desired view. Personally, I love either view! For those who like to stay active, a fitness room is available on-site.
The Lobby/Front Desk is located 6 floors above the parking deck. Simply enter the elevators and ride up to the Lobby to check in. If you have a rental car, Marriott uses parking level P4 and P5. Just drive up to that level to park and let the front desk know during your checkin. There is a daily cost to park of $35, subject to change. However, to save some money, we have found that we don't really need a car to get around. There is a bus that will take you downtown or to the local mall. Also, Uber and Lyft are always around to take you where ever you need to go.
There are a multitude of shops and restaurants in walking distance of the resort and there is a CVS store in the shopping mall in front of the resort to grab some snacks or a beverage or some wine for after dinner to relax on your balcony!
Notes for the reservation: I have booked the week of 4/18/26 to 4/25/26 for a 1BR unit. Once you complete the reservation with Vrbo, I will advise Marriott to change the reservation into your name and then provide you with the confirmation number that you will use to check in on 4/18/26.
