KraushausUSA2 is approximately 6,000 sq. ft. (550 sq. meters including guest apartment), a Mediterranean villa located on a small island in Lake Santa Barbara which is a part of the Intracoastal Waterway and about a mile from the Atlantic Ocean. This island oasis is positioned one block off Federal Highway between Commercial and Atlantic Blvds. and is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, banks, tennis courts, and a golf course.
Depending on the time of year, (3/4/7) night minimum stay required.
This unique property is great for families! It has 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 13 people (See description in the 'room details' section. )

Summary: I cannot praise this home enough. Rolf was a great host-showing us where everything was and checking in to make sure we were okay. He went above and beyond. The home itself has a cool layout and funky vibe and it’s huuuuuge, even for our group of 9. Overall everything was super clean and the pool area was pristine. We spent most of our time in or by the pool and hot tub. The boys played putt-putt and utilized the “men’s room” containing the pool table every day. Plenty to do inside and out. We loved our stay here! Will definitely be recommending this home to our other family members and may even come back next year!
