Approach the home from the circular driveway and enter across the the covered front porch, complete with rocking chairs - a quiet place to enjoy the gentle gulf breezes! The main floor has an open white marble kitchen, dining area that seats 8-10 with table leaves in, living room, home office with an adjacent full bathroom, and the master suite (worth noting - this whole floor is handicap accessible from the garage!). Upstairs, find 4 guest bedrooms and 2 shared guest bathrooms. From the kitchen, a hallway leads toward the back of the house, providing access to the 3-car garage and stairway up the private guest suite. The guest suite has a king size bed, TV, kitchenette and private bathroom plus a bonus sleeping area with a twin size daybed accessible via a closable door - a perfect setup for a small family to share! Across all of these bedrooms, the house can comfortably sleep 12-14 people. At the center of the property is the heated swimming pool and deck with 6 chaise lounges, a beautiful pool bathroom and enclosed outdoor shower. A covered back porch off of the living room and kitchen accommodates an outdoor dining table that seats 8 and an outdoor living room complete with a porch swing. A small grass yard with a fire-pit and a gas grill are located at the back of the lot, checking the last couple boxes on the list of amenities that make for a perfect beach escape!
