LaMoyne’s Place is within the historic district of Jefferson and an easy walk to local restaurants and shopping. LaMoyne’s is perfect for a couple, small family or girls getaway! This 1940s house has been meticulously updated inside and out! You will enjoy a living room with large smart tv and Netflix or login to your own apps. The kitchen is equipped with Big Chill appliances and enough dishes and cooking equipment for any meals you choose to make (but why would you?! It’s Jefferson with some of the best restaurants to enjoy!). There is a washer and dryer for your use in the twin bedroom. The outdoor patio includes a propane grill and gas firepit. Max of four people. Additional fee is for any guest over two guests that sleeps in a bed. No additional fee for infants who sleep in your pack n play type bed. If you need to use my pack n play, please let me know. I would appreciate the age/sex of each child so I can have the space set up properly. House is available except for an owner’s closet in each bedroom. She-shed is off limits as is the garage. Park on any street on this corner lot. *Please note this property has stairs at all entrances and is not handicap accessible.

Summary: We had the best weekend! This house is perfect!! The stocked groceries and toiletries and essentials, the labels for everything so no looking around or wondering where things are; she even put earplugs and charge cords by each bed. Such a great selection of books, a huge TV with so many streaming options, and the beds are so comfortable! There is a guide to Jefferson and all the stores and menus… It’s just so cute and comfortable, and so clean we could’ve eaten off the floor! This is the most thoughtful and best host we’ve ever had! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything!
