Summary: Easy process with Booe Realty. Friendly people and pretty easy check in process. The house is older and does have some wear and tear that should be looked after. The path to the beach had not been looked after for some time, screens were torn, etc. little stuff. Several of the games were missing items. No dice for Yahtzee, missing cards from a card deck. Kitchen was amazing. Nice remodel on that one. It was big and a big thank you for all the extras that came with it, all the way down to the crock pot. Beds were fair. Not great but fair. We would stay there again if they addressed a few of those needed repairs and maybe upgraded at least the main room beds. All in all it was a pleasant stay and very easy to work with Booe Realty.
