Summary: The location is wonderful, walking distance to the shops/restaurants/marina. The cabin is unassuming, basic and quaint, reminded me of an independent living condo from the 90s. I don’t need much when I travel, but a comfortable bed is a must, and this property missed the mark on that. It was definitely an old, thin mattress with very stiff coils. Had to go back to Sturgeon Bay and buy a mattress topper just to be able to sleep through the night (I have a bad back).Please consider upgrading the mattress or purchasing nice mattress topper to make this room more comfortable.I would also recommend having a small bag of coffee available to guests, or letting people know to bring their own.
