Summary: We are very familiar with the property since we owned a Condo at Park Shore fo a number of years. Was not told when we rented that the Lanai was unavailable. This is an important feature of these Condos, particularly since my wife cannot sit in the sun and the Lanai provides an excellent way to be almost outdoors without the sun shining on you.
