Once your booking is accepted, immediately send a photo of your ID (this should match the name on the reservation) through the Airbnb platform. Prior to check in, you must also send a list of all guests included in your stay. Any individual not named on the list is UNAUTHORIZED to be on the property.

During your stay, you’ll have access to a three-car garage, five onsite bicycles, and two inflatable paddle boards. Everything you need to enjoy the best of Malibu!
This home can be available with a luxury automobile. Amongst our fleet is a 2016 Ferrari 488, 2019 Lamborghini Urus, 2017 Ford F150 Raptor and 2014 Toyota Prius. Please inquiry for available pricing all vehicle rentals require a 3 day minimum rental.
Pool/Hot Tub Heating Fees:
If you would like to utilize our heating amenity for the pool and spa, please let us know 24 hours before check in.The fee will need to be paid then as well. Pool heating requires a three consecutive day minimum. Additional fees will be collected through Airbnb after your booking is confirmed, and are listed below:
Summer Pool/Hot Tub Heating (June-September): $125/day
Winter Pool/Hot Tub Heating (October-May): $200/day
-If a payment has not been received for these services and the host finds the guest to be using the heating amenity the guest will be charged for the pool heating for the entire stay. This pool is a chlorine pool.
*The slide is very fast and is not recommend for children, or anyone under 150 pounds. Consuming alcohol or any other substances that impair judgement is strictly prohibited when using the slide. Quiet time is set for 10pm.
*Indoor fireplaces cannot be used during the summer months of April-September.
*Excessive trash left upon check out will be charged $25 per gallon trash bag.
*All guests will be required to sign a RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.
*This is a non smoking property. Any evidence found will lead to a $1000 fine.
