With two separate living areas there is plenty of space for the whole family. The main family room is delightfully furnished with comfortble sofas to sit back and watch the the large screen television with cable services. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that you need for a light breakfast or elaborate family dinner. There is a bright breakfast nook and formal dining room - or why not dine outdoors?
Sliding patio doors lead out to the screened pool deck with conservation views. The generously sized private pool area has plenty of seating to spend a day by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and doors which lead out to the pool deck. The ensuite bathroom has his and hers vanity units, a garden bath, large shower and separate toilet. Both twin bedrooms have televisions and share a bathroom. There is also a queen bedroom complete with flat screen television as well as another full bathroom with access to the pool.
Hours of fun are also to be had in the games room with a pool table and dart board.
