3 Bedroom House in Squak Mountain, Issaquah

Renovated upstairs townhome with separate private entrance and driveway. Living room, fully stocked kitchen and large expansive private deck with dining. New high end appliances, convection oven, refinished oak floors and vaulted ceiling with large windows to our koi pond and backyard. One king size bed, one queen and one twin bed. Radiant in-floor heating for winter comfort. Lounge among 100' Douglas fir trees in privacy. The house is on Squak mountain in Issaquah, less than 1 mile from historic old town Issaquah. We are the owners next door but will not disturb you unless we are needed. Running children inside are not allowed. There is too much potential for damaging musical instruments and artwork and the vast expanse of glass windows is dangerous for a child if they fall. Additionally, we live below and despite the extensive soundproofing, impact noise from running feet permeates below.
No parties, pets or smoking. Please do not use the grand piano and be extremely careful around the antique stained glass window. This is a large property and you will have your privacy. ***Occupancy Limit
To ensure comfort, safety, and respect for our neighbors, our home has a strict maximum of 4 people allowed on the property at any time — day or night. Summary: If the description and photos of this property impress you, prepare to have those impressions eclipsed as soon as you walk in the door. Inside and out this home draws you in and instantly makes you regret not booking a longer stay. First thing our kids asked immediately upon entering was if we could stay longer. The attention to detail is remarkable and the thought that went into anticipating what guests needs may be is beyond impressive. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, I can still hear the wind chime that made the time I spent out on the deck so enjoyable. We enjoyed our daily outings, but looked forward to getting back every evening to enjoy this amazing home. No regrets, no recommendations, definitely no complaints.
