This very practical floor plan combines the family room and kitchen into a functional open space, perfect for food and fun. Fully furnished kitchen comes complete with refrigerator, microwave, built in ice maker, toaster, coffee pot, pots/pans, eating utensils, linens, etc oak cabinetry, dining bar with seating for 2-3, also dining table with seating for 6-8.
Living area includes sectional with outside lake views through sliding glass doors leading onto the lower-level deck. The lower-level deck provides excellent views overlooking the lake and comes furnished with propane flat top grill, regular propane grill and patio chairs. Lower/Main Level also includes half bath.
Upper Level (Street Level) Features:
Master Bedroom: The large master suite features a king-size bed, TV and sliding door to upper deck with magnificent views of lake. Master bathroom includes shower and vanity.
