The second floor apartment is a completely separate unit from our home with a separate entrance and exit accessed through the side garage door. It is a bright and roomy apartment with tons of storage and closet space, that spans the whole second floor of our home. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk your dog!
We are close to the highway and less than 15 minutes to the local hospitals and downtown Hartford!
Our two floors are connected by a door at the top of our stairs which is locked at all times on both sides. Because it is set up like a two family home noises will sometimes carry in either direction. While we welcome liveliness and accept all walks of life here from fur babies and young families to the remote worker and adventure goers, we recognize we can't always accommodate everyone. If you have a particular need for quiet, or mind the noises of children, then this isn't the place for you.
