This four bedroom home has all the amenities you need plenty of clean high quality towels, furnished with everything ready to enjoy also includes cable TV, internet, wifi, DVD player, 60" smart TV, washer and dryer, high chair for infants, both bathrooms were remodeled this year everything is clean and new, nice comfortable sheets and bedding. Three large beds in each one of the guest rooms and 1 bunk bed in the 4th bedroom plus a futon in the game room. House sleeps 9 comfortably not counting the futon. Good location centrally located by North Palo Verde and Kiowa with plenty of parking for your boats, cars, or RV.
