Comfortable 3 bedroom villa condo. Great central location close to many amenities and great shopping (El Paseo) and dining. El Paseo is know as the Rodeo Drive of the desert and is home to many upscale shops and restaurants. Unit is located near main pool and spa, formerly owned by Bing Crosby. The pool is one of 4 pools. The property also has 2 hot tubs, a club house, 1tennis/ 4 dedicated pickle ball courts and a putting green. Common areas will be subject to current local Covid regulations and may change according to local government.
Within 5 minutes walking distance from the unit, just cross the street (Portola), you will find the Living Desert Zoo. The zoo has many activities including a new Australia exibit and feeding giraffes. It is a joy to visit. Many nearby golf courses to choose from including Shadow Mountain which is open to the public and has very reasonable green fees. Many places to walk or hike with nearby parks and trails.
This unit has been remodeled and has a clean and well equipped kitchen. The bedroom are spacious and the den is easily converted to a third bedroom with a comfortable queen size futon leaving ample room for your comfort. Both bathroom have large walk in showers. The primary ensuit newly renovated. Unfortunately app won't let me upload photos. A double car garage is available for parking. No need to leave the unit for laundry with a full size washing machine and dryer available in the unit.
Unit is completely tiled in rustic terracotta tiles (except bathrooms).
The location is ideal providing access to local malls (Westfield) and grocery shopping within a 10 min drive.
