Summary: Initial confusion about location: "562" on mailbox; "572" on listing. Beautiful setting in Ozark highlands and convenient to amenities: veritable tree house! Large porches are super pet friendly. Plenty of room and seating. Great kitchen with many appliances: perhaps replace some skillets. Saggy 2d bedroom mattress. Downstairs may benefit from a small TV.
