Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this property in Munich. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They greeted us upon arrival, showed us the room, and kindly answered all of our questions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and everything we needed was available. We especially appreciated that we could park our car safely in the courtyard and that our dog was welcome as well. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and pleasant, with a metro station located nearby, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, everything was excellent. If we visit Munich again, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Negative: The only minor issue was that some of the furniture on the terrace was a little worn and slightly damaged. However, this did not affect our stay in any significant way, and we were still able to enjoy the terrace.
