This peaceful and centrally-located 2.5 Miles from Las Vegas Blvd strip, can take you less than 10 min ride. Our very comfortable house with a private Pool that has the option to get this heated, also cabana and back porch for joy. With open concept kitchen fully equipped, in middle of the area that connects dining with the family room and creates unique ambience for friends times and offers something for everyone in your group. Furnished and decorated with attention to detail. Sparkling clean and modern touches.
Outside has 4 gas burner stainless steel Grill with a side burner and also one Charcoal grill for the lovers of a more traditional style and flavor (Gas or charcoal not included)
Our vacation property will make you feel like your own home. It comes with all the amenities and details that will allow your family, friends, coworkers, etc. to pleasantly enjoy your and their stay in Las Vegas.
Free High Speed Internet/WiFi (500+ Mbps) and free local channels from antenna tv services. The property has 5 flat screens TV's 1 big 4K premium tv 70” in the living room, one 40’ smart tv in the master room and 3 TV’s with Roku stick tvs in each room left.
We offer a heated pool for an extra $ cost based on season and trip length. Also we will need the confirmation for this upgrade a least 72 hours before the check in day. The pool it’s clean all the time, however, we have no control over the weather. If you need to clean the pool for any weather changes, please let us know and we will provide the service with small extra fee. The pool service is performed every Saturday morning.

HOUSE RULES. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
NO PARTIES OR NOISE. NO PETS. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE, smoke outside only and away from the doors.
We have ZERO tolerance for parties. Not Loud outdoor music it is permitted during the day or night. People noise (outdoor/pool noise) is permissible during the day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM but it should be reasonable. Be Advised: When booking any property, keep in mind you are renting a home in a neighborhood where other people live. We know you're here to have fun, but we do not allow parties or rent to people who are going to make lots of noise late at night and upset our neighbors. IMPORTANT: People noise (outdoor/pool noise) should be non-existent after 10:00 PM. If the noise is reported by Neiboord the guest will receive a warning message through the rental platform, also it will be contacted by phone. After the second warning, the reservation will be canceled and all guests will be required to immediately vacate the property, without any refunds. If police is involved the fee is $500.
PETS
Bringing any kind of pets to the house is a violation, the extra cleaning fee is $300 a day and cancelation of your reservation.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking inside will be an immediate $ 500 fee. You can Smoke outside and away from the doors.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is at 4 PM or after.
Check-out time is at 10 AM. Or before.
Guest's failure to fulfill check-out time without our written approval is a $400 penalty, with no exceptions. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDUCT
You have 8 hours after the check-in time to report any damage to the property, including clogged bathrooms, clogged sinks, appliances no working, wall damages, etc Throughout the stay it is expected that all the property and all of its contents will be properly maintained.
Agreement to replace or repair any breakage, damage, or loss caused during the stay will be send upon after complete the reservation. "Normal" wear-and-tear is considered reasonable and exempt from damage inclusion.
Federal, State, Local, Intellectual Property, or Trademark laws will not be violated while in residence and using wireless, internet, cable, or phone services. The IP address, date, and time of violations is traceable and will be documented.
Creating any unlawful disturbance and/or engaging in disorderly conduct at the property is prohibited.
OVERNIGHT GUESTS.
All daytime guests must be disclosed at the time of the reservation.
-Excessive use of utilities, trash, laundry and cleaning will require extra fees.
-Rearranging indoor or outdoor furniture, reprogramming TV remotes or setting it’s not alowed.
-Please treat home and neighbors with respect.
-No refunds for technical issues involving cable, Internet, pool, appliances, etc
-No Bachelors, no bachelorettes.
-The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 including children.

-The property has security cameras around the house, but no worries,they are only looking the exterior of the house, for safety and insurance purposes. Pool is within the coverage area of the device. Surveillance data it's delete by the system automatically after 5 days.
