Positive: The beds were very comfortable.

Negative: When I arrived there were 2 roaches dead on the floor and the kitchen had a funny smell to it. I was also without Wi-Fi for 2 days and there’s no cell reception in the area and everything was streaming, so not having Wi-Fi made things very difficult and frustrating.
