We have added a beautiful granite kitchen with dishwasher,two brand new tiled bathrooms one with a washer and dryer, heated with a state of the art environmentally friendly gas boiler/ hot water on demand system and central air conditioning for those hot summer nights.There is a brick patio with seating for six, a gas grill and gas fire table for nighttime fun & to toast marshmallows . There are two tandem parking places provided you might not even move your car we are 5 minutes from all the shops,restaurants and entertainment downtown. A mear 15 minute walk to Front Beach or Old Garden Beach.This is the perfect Rockport location!
