This beautiful three acres of property is covered with pine and oak trees and is 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Nevada City. There is numerous hiking and mountain bike trials near the cabin and Bullards Bar reservoir is a mere ten minutes away for fishing and boating. The cabin has two bedrooms and a large loft that will sleep up to 9 guests. On the rear deck facing the river there is a patio table, umbrellas and a barbeque. Our piece of the river features our own private beach complete with umbrebllas, chairs and beach towels.

Summary: This is a lovely property. Nice river access (the Yuba is glorious if you haven't discovered it yet), nice big cabin with plenty of sleeping spaces, super comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.
