Summary: John and Anne are amazing hosts and offer a very nice RV camping experience. We loved cooking breakfast and dinners on the outdoor grill and sitting outside watching our Gators lose their softball game while we enjoyed the birds and sounds of the river right next to us. Excellent communication and as much or as little interaction as you wish to have w the hosts. The location is quiet and offers excellent access to both Fanning and Manatee Springs or enjoyable paddling right off the dock. The RV was perfect for the two of us and the bed was super comfortable. This is NOT a place to come if you want fancy and close access to Starbucks or whatever (although we did find an amazing coffee and tea shop with the best gluten free baked goods ever!) This IS the place for you if you love nature, grilling out, sitting around a fire pit, and generally enjoying a simple lifestyle for a few days. We can’t wait to come back in the fall!
