The Rockin Double B Farm is located Thompsons Station and only 8 miles from Historic Leipers Fork Village, 10 miles to Franklin and thirty miles south of Nashville. Convient to the I-840 and I-65. Private entrance, parking. The full walkout basement apartment and porch has amazing views of Cayce Springs Valley.
Enjoy your private bedroom with desk and walk in closet, full bathroom bath/shower combo, full kitchen is fully prepped to prepare an awesome meal before heading to see the sights of Historic Franklin, Leipers Fork and Downtown Nashville. The Living room offers a queen sofa sleeper and a oversized chair with a single sleeper. Armoire has a Flat Screen tv with free wifi, Netflix and Dvd player. Enjoy your morning Coffee on the front patio swing while taking in the scenery of this lovely valley. You have the lower level of the home with it’s own private entrance of the walkout basement apartment with plenty of parking. While being out in the "country" we have a movie theater, shopping mall, restaurants, minutes to Historic Franklin and Leipers Fork all within 5-15 miles, downtown Nashville and the airport 30-40 miles. Many historic things have happen here, We are a definitely a no smoking farm.... Yet we are easy going and we look forward to your visit. Rocking B is Pet friendly however we do charge a non refundable pet cleaning fee $75.00, please clean up after your pets ;-). We are pet friendly ($75 pet cleaning fee). On a Case by Case Interview of your pet requirements. “no dogs over 40lbs” or “message us to discuss a pet”. Please Leave the space as you found it :-). The living room sleeping set up for the queen sleeper and the sleeper chair are in the bottom of the Armoire in the living room. Also there is set of curtains for French doors if needed. The bedding for the twin chair in the bedroom is in the walk-in closet as well as an extra blanket for the bed if needed. The L/R remotes are for the DVD player and TV also some games in the armoire . There is a heater and a fan in hall closet as well as an Iron, steamer, vacuum, broom and a dustpan. No Washer or Dryer.... This is a Smoke Free home and request no smoking on the farm. RDB says please leave it as you found it. Please put any linens that were used in the laundry hamper, put clean dishes away and put the garbage out in the patio trash can on the porch. There is Check Out instructions on the Fridge as well.............We appreciate it. :-). NOTE: for longer term guest there is a trash convenience center in town, or we can come by and get trash periodically.
