K's Coast Condo is a beautifully decoratedground level condo in the Rockport Racquet and YachtClub. You will definitely get the coastal feel while staying here.Have you ever dreamed of waking up after a great nights rest, walking outside, and feelingcooling bay breezes against your skin all while looking at the beauty of a seemingly neverending body of water? At K's Coast Condo you can make that vision and many more a reality. Thiscoastal condo is on the first floor of the Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club on Fulton Beach Rd. Sleeping up to 6people, this home is perfect for a fun vacation with family or friends. Enjoy the weather at thecommunal swimming pool or take a stroll under the old live oak trees. Little Bay is right across the street which means with only a short walk you can enjoy breathtaking waterfront views and fresh coastal air.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room sleeping 6 people comfortably. K's is pet friendly but is limited to dogs only, and 20 lbs or less.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Ice maker, dishwasher, etc. Enjoy sitting on the shaded back porch that faces the swimming pool and views of the very well maintained grounds. There is a charcoal grill and patio furniture on the back porch.

Guests can enjoy a 750 ft. fishing pier, boat ramp, boat slips,a swimming pool, laundry facilities and a picnic area with a charcoal grill on acres of landscaped grounds.

Please keep in mind that it will take some time to rebuild the amenities on the complex grounds. We cannot guarantee cable services or internet services due to repairs of damages after the storm.

You're only minutes away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! Rockport Beach is a funand affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at thebeach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grillsthat you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to manyhistorical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, andThe Texas Maritime Museum.Spend a day shopping on Market Street and an evening walking along the water. You can alsoenjoy fresh fish while watching the sunset over the bay at one of Rockport’s many tasty seafoodrestaurants.

Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways has a zero tolerance policy in effect for the maximum occupancy numbers set for each home. These numbers are set by the owners and are specific to each home, and include both adults and children ages two and up. Anyone found in violation of this policy is subject to immediate removal from the rental home, and forfeiture of all monies paid.
