Fantastic pool home great location in this 5 bedroom 3 bath pool home by beautiful Tampa Bay and only a few minutes to downtown Safety Harbor. The main house and cottage combined are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The cozy Cottage has a full kitchen and bathroom. The home and cottage sleeps 16 people all together. The main house sleeps 12 the cottage can sleep 4. This home provides lots of Wonderful living spaces inside and outside, with big comfy couches and bedrooms, and the outdoor living areas, offer many gathering places to relax. The backyard provides a gorgeous pool and gazebo surrounded by 6 foot privacy fence, lush bamboo and tropical landscaping, along with 3 separate patio and seating areas, a grilling space with a charcoal grill, and the lounge chairs, all create a wonderful sanctuary for fun and relaxation. The cottage (sleeps 4) is also in the backyard, private compound and is included in the price of the rental. The front yard also provides comfortable sitting areas to relax and enjoy the family neighborhood. There are many wonderful amenities in Safety Harbor including bars and restaurants parks and the Safety Harbor Spa. One of the are best features of this area is beautiful Philippe park nearly right across the street. This park is is voted the most popular and best park in the county. There are three playgrounds 20 Pavilions , disc golf course, rock climbing park, Beach, public boat ramp and paddle board rentals. In the fishing pier and park in downtown Safety Harbor there is also kayak and paddleboard rentals and people love to fish on the pier. This house provides tons of parking.

Summary: We arrived a little bit earlier, coming from Kentucky you can't judge really, but it was a little after 3pm. I had to pee and was told couldn't come in till 4pm, fine i left to find a gas station or whatever i could find. Return at 4pm their still there putting in appliances which mind you my spouse and cousin had to help with, because he just had surgery for a torn rotary cup. They stayed after 7pm couldn't use the kitchen to cook unpack it was ridiculous. The cleaning lady is still washing the bedding. Really don't think they cared because she's selling the place, but a couple nights later she shows up with a swing she bought off market place, and ask for help again to unload this swing she bought. Then proceeded to come in wash her hands while i had food out for the family to eat. The new to her appliances, ice machine didn't work, but again my cousin fixed that for her. It was a total mess, and honestly the pool stayed cloudy, we added the shock treatment. The grass wasn't cut in the back, it was just horrible. I hope she sells it and someone gets it that cares but it needs a ton of work done on it. I personally wouldn't stay, the whole bathroom thing made me mad, and them there till after 7pm was ridiculous. The outside furniture was just thrown around, pool tiles missing, as for the inside furniture uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to come home, and that's sad when on a vacation. I wouldn't recommend or stay again. The area was okay, just ran poorly for a VRBO.
