Summary: Not quite what was advertised. Far away from Cooperstown ballparks (at least 20 mins.) if that is why you are staying here. Nowhere nearby for any conveniences and far enough away that it is inconvenient to come back between games for a break. Confusion with checkout time was frustrating and inconvenient when the owner walked in the house with his cleaning crew 15 minutes before either of the checkout times given. Late check-in time and early check-out.Clean and spacious.
