2313 Sea Crest is a beautifully decorated third floor villa with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests will enjoy relaxing on the balconies with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is spacious and bright with brand new wood floors and cream-colored walls in the main living area. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the hall closet. The dining room has a glass topped table that seats six. This opens to the fully equipped kitchen with white granite countertops, marble backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with two seats. The living room is comfortably furnished with a coastal blue sleeper sofa, matching love seat and a 55" HDTV. The balcony has a new table and two chairs with 3rd floor ocean views.
To the right of the foyer is the guest bedroom, which has new flooring, two double beds, ceiling fan, 40” flat screen TV and a shared bathroom with the hall. This oversized bathroom features a large soaking tub with a separate walk-in shower and a double vanity. The master bedroom is to the left of the foyer, also with new flooring, king bed, ceiling fan, a 50” TV and a private balcony with new furniture. This private bathroom has a large soaking tub, double vanity, and a separate walk-in shower.
The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens.
