The open floor plan and vaulted ceiling creates a spacious living area with a huge open kitchen and abundant natural light. The living area features marble tile flooring, recently updated interiors and furnishings and a large, wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with digital cable for indoor entertainment.
The chef in the family will never feel left out because the huge kitchen is open to the living area, and you can watch the shrimp boats pass as you prepare your favorite Lowcountry feast! Stainless appliances and Corian counters with plenty of cabinet and counter space! There are 3 areas to dine: The formal dining room seats 6. The Corian bar in the kitchen has two bar stools for light fare and snacks and there is a cute 4 seater pub style table in the kitchen too! The laundry area is located off the main hallway.
When it’s time for bed the king bedroom is quite spacious and elegantly appointed with a 4 poster bed, flat screen TV, a ceiling fan and a luxurious bathroom with a double vanity, marble tile shower and zen-like soaking tub! The 2nd bedroom suite is adorable with a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and nicely updated full bath with tub/shower. The bonus room is off living room and serves as an extra sleeping space or a great place to read a book and take in the view. The twin trundle bed has quality linens and French doors with curtains to separate it from the living room. Guests of this room enjoy direct access to the oceanfront deck. A third full bath in the hallway offers a stall shower and is convenient for those sleeping in the trundle bonus room.
