Welcome to our luxury 4 bed/ 4.5 bath villa, nestled in the quaint Water Oak community inside of Palmetto Dunes! Take a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the shores of the Palmetto Dunes community beach. You can also go for a swim in the community pool located just steps from your front door! This property was renovated in 2024 with all new flooring, doors, wood trim, paint, furniture, and back patio. The kitchen and bathrooms are recently remodeled. A mud room with washer and dryer offer convenience when returning from a day of relaxation at the beach.
Minimum Renter Age is 25. No pets, parties or events.
Parking passes are acquired at the entry gate pass office. Pass fees are based on length of stay.
The community pool is closed seasonally from October 1st - March 31st.
