Summary: Would give the house a 3.5 if I could. On the plus side, the house was very clean, close enough to beach to walk (10 min-which we knew going in) and perfect for the size of the group we had. the porches are great for hanging out, playing cards, etc. On the downside, it is very dated. I doubt much has changed since it was built. The pullout couch is nearly unusable from a comfort standpoint, the master shower has such a low stream of water, we thought about using other showers. the grill MUST be replaced. The kitchen is nice but very few items for use for a large group. Only spices were salt and pepper. we had to buy all spices, foil, bags, cling wrap, etc. these are items normally left by previous renters. Possible the cleaning staff throws everything away, or the house does not rent much during the summer months. Seems obvious these are the reasons the house rents for less than others in the area. I think this would be a great spot for 4 golfers. Good location. Our group did have a great time and we will be going back. just not to this property.
