We fell in love with Hilton Head Island on our first trip there three years ago and decided this is the place for us. From the moss on the trees to the beautiful beaches and the great golf courses this is the place to be and I am sure once you visit Hilton Head Island you will feel the same.
Shipyard Plantation, Evian is the best kept secret on Hilton Head Island. Not overbuilt, easy access to the beach and close to many favorite restaurants, great shopping, golf courses and fun adult destinations like a jazz club or a beach tiki bar.
Our villa is a popular second floor, end unit, with cathedral ceilings, large master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with a large walk in shower, large windows providing a view of the golf course, beautiful wood deck with lots of seating and a wooded lot. The swimming pool in Evian is a great place to relax with the kids and has a deck that walks out to the lagoon for viewing the wild life of Hilton Head Island.
The Unique Benefits of this Evian Villa: With all the bike trails on Hilton Head Island, it is a great place to exersize and enjoy the scenery. Our beautiful second floor villa is in demand for many reasons, some of which are the beautiful view, bedrooms and living areas are all on the same floor, very close to the Evian pool and the beach and many more. If you are a tennis player, you are very close to the lighted , recently surfaced tennis courts. Parking is plentiful in our Evian area, park right outside of your door. Plus, being in the Shipyard Plantation, you are close to grocery stores, popular restaurants and famous shopping areas.
