This condo is perfect for two families with over 1200sqft and vaulted ceilings. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private attached bath while the main level guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and is adjacent to the full guest bath. The loft is furnished with one queen bed and twin bunk beds which is perfect for the kids. All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans and Roku TVs. Updates include new HVAC unit, leather living room sofa, new washer/dryer and stainless kitchen appliances. Soak up the sun at the outdoor pool (Open Seasonally from Mid May thru Mid September). There is a 10 x 24 covered boat slip available for additional charge. Gas docks, boat, and PWC rentals are all available in this same cove. Do you need more space for your guests?
