The owners of this recently remodeled ranch-style home have a long family history on the island, and like so many who have discovered its beauty and charm through the years, they desire to share that joy with you! This spacious four-bedroom home is just a short jaunt from beautiful beaches, shopping, and golf (all within a mile). It is also just over a mile from Peters Point Beachfront Park, with the trails at Egans Creek six miles south.
Inside, you'll find nautical and tropical touches throughout as well as a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating for four, a large dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and a warm and inviting living area with a plush sectional and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels.
Outside, the property’s gorgeous live oaks provide beauty and privacy for a welcome refuge after days of adventure on the island. Dine alfresco or relax with your favorite cool beverages on the covered and furnished patio or meet up around the firepit as the stars come out.
