Positive: Nice condo nice view I enjoyed sunglow building workers and Ms Linda The housekeeper was excellent and the front desk lady don't remember her name but she drove and gave me my keys she was excellent and helpful as well

Negative: Had to wait almost 3hrs to get into my condo after having requested a late check in paperwork or keys was in the lock box my condo was like 75percent clean the bedroom remote didn't work to turn the TV on hair was in my bathtub and toilet one of our towels had black dirt on it and it was hanging up with the clean towels and it had red lipstick on it the outside balcony table was dirty and the outside patio ground was also dirty
