4 Bedroom Condo in Pepin

Sunrise Condo at Lumberyard Lofts is a lovely vacation home just a block up from Lake Pepin. The 4 bedroom, 5 bed condo is comfortable, modern and relaxing after a fun-filled day celebrating a wedding or exploring nearby wineries, restaurants or the Pepin Marina and beach. The loft-style bedrooms are upstairs and catch the beautiful first rays of sunrise every morning (don't worry - we provide dark curtains if you're not a morning person!).
In addition to the lovely bedrooms and two living rooms, there's two full kitchens if you'd like to cook on site, including a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, firewood, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a full basket of beach towels and bags for you to use during your stay.
Sunrise is a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. There's plenty of street parking for vehicles and boats, too, as well as a new EV charger (14-50 plug) on the property for your use. We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a particularly large group and would like to book parallel accommodations.

Summary: Overall, our stay was nice. The location was great and the check-in process was super simple and convenient. However, there were stains on our bedding, the shower heads were very dirty, and there were lots of bugs inside. This time of year, I understand that bugs are kind of inevitable, but we were really disappointed in the cleanliness overall.
