Bedrooms - This home features four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to ten guests with a total of eight separate beds. All four bedrooms offer quality mattresses and comfy linens, ensuring a restful night`s sleep after a day of fun on the course or in the sun. For added peace of mind, mattresses and pillows are encased in protective covers.

Bathrooms - Each of our two full bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, so you can pack light. There is a half bath upstairs for guest access.

Kitchen – Our large and well-appointed kitchen provides the perfect space for you to make meals at home. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, and BBQ tools, along with pantry staples like cooking oils, a variety of spices, basic condiments, and coffee with filters – so you can shop light and enjoy your time. Savor your meals with ample seating at the dining table (seating for six) and island (bar stool seating for four), providing the opportunity to all dine together.
Living room – Enjoy the comfort and flexibility of two separate living spaces designed for relaxation and connection. The upstairs features an open-concept living and dining area with a cozy sectional, two loungers, and a large smart TV, all framed by beautiful mountain views and direct access to the deck. Downstairs, a second living area offers a reclining loveseat and couch, nonstop views, and access to the patio. A trundle bed with two XL twin beds adds extra sleeping space, making it perfect for groups or families.
OUTDOOR SPACE-
Take full advantage of the incredible outdoor spaces with stunning views. The huge top-floor deck showcases stunning mountain scenery and front-row views of Falcon Ridge Golf Course, letting you watch the action up close. It features a propane grill, two fire tables—one with four chairs and the other with a loveseat and two chairs—perfect for dining, relaxing, and evening gatherings. Downstairs, the spacious patio offers another table with four chairs, surrounded by beautifully maintained landscaping and uninterrupted golf course and mountain views.
PARKING: We offer free parking in our 2-car garage and driveway. There is also street parking and a guest parking area. If you need more space or have guests, parking is also available at the golf course. The garage has a lot of storage available for your clubs or anything else you may bring with you. There is also a sink in the garage to clean off, if needed.

The home and back patios/desert landscape yard are completely yours for your stay. There is a locked cabinet on the second level for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay.
Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 10 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.
*Base rate includes 8 guests. Additional guests (up to 10 total) are $30 per night per guest.
*Our home is a No-smoking, No pets property ($500 fine if evidence is found of either at checkout) and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays.
*If you have a fully trained and medically needed service dog, we would appreciate prior notice so that we can prepare for it. Thank you!

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: 10:00 am
1) Locate garage door opener and place it on the kitchen counter. Replacement fee if lost.
2) Start one load of towels on HOT.
3) Load and start the dishwasher.
4) Sign out of apps on all TVs. Locate all remotes and leave them in plain view in their respective rooms.
5) Please set AC/Heater unit to 79 in the summer, and 69 in the winter.
6) Lock all doors and windows.
7) A quick message letting J and Amy know you have checked out is very helpful to housekeeping.
