Come experience tiny living 240sf! It is so fun! This tiny home sits atop of a hill over looking Mineral Wells & next to Mineral Wells State Park, the trailhead is across the street. GREAT LOCATION! Lots to do, hike, bike, kayak, rock climb, rappel, fish, boat, swim, site see, shop, eat & relax! It has everything you need with a queen bed, a loft with 2 twin beds and space for sleeping bag, couch, kitchenette w/mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, electric skillet and full bath. It is SO CUTE!
The Space:
There is a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with 2 twin beds and lots of extra space. A full bath with large shower and plenty of hot water. The kitchenette has a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, electric skillet and coffee maker. There is a grill just a short walk up the hill along. There is a picnic table to enjoy the beautiful view, best enjoyed at sunset.
Guest Access:
Once you enter into Eagle's Nest RV Park follow the gravel road up the hill. The tiny house is on the left in site #4. It is black with brown trim and the front door faces the view not the road. Park on the left side.
The Neighborhood:
Right next to Mineral Wells State Park, trailhead across the street, Vietnam War Museum across the street, Clark Botanical Gardens down the street and only minutes to downtown Mineral Wells and Weatherford.
Getting Around:
It is inside Eagle's Nest RV Park. There is onsite laundry. There is parking right beside the tiny house. The trailhead is across the street to access Mineral Wells State Park. To drive into the park just go right outside of our drive and it is the next entrance. Walmart, CVS, hardware store, fast food and restaurants are just 5 min. down the road.
Other Things to Note:
There is also laundry onsite, a dog run, grill and fire pit with a beautiful view.

We are not usually on site, however, I have maintenance and cleaning on site if you need anything. Please contact me via phone or text I do not usually see the messages through here.
