Negative: when i arrived at check in the guest representative EZA treated me as if i didn't belong he left me at the counter waiting for my key for a little over 20 mins where my husband had to knock on the door and ask what was taking so long and after a long trip there i was ready to rest and enjoy my stay but the guest rep EZA was awful and very unprofessional my husband should not had to find him for our keys to our room we paid entirely to much to be treated as if we didn't belong!!!

Summary: Other than poor guest service upon check in the stay was great
