Gorgeous vintage home built in 1915 but recently upgraded with modern amenities. Home has a beautiful lake front view with an old style front porch facing the lake. Very close to local shopping and restaurants. 1 hour from Orlando attractions, Daytona Beach, and Orlando International Airport. Lake Umatilla is a public boat-ramp lake access with excellent bass and bream fishing. 20 minutes from the Ocala National Forest. Home features a large outside gathering area which could be used for parties, weddings, or simply play corn hole games (provided). No pool but 10 minutes away from the Eustis Aquatic Center with a splash park and Olympic size pool right on Lake Eustis. Close to Alexander Springs and Wekiva Falls. Anglers are welcome with convenient charging station near parking area.

Summary: This property is beautiful, safe, and welcoming! This was our second stay and was just as great as the first time. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Close to everything we needed to be close to. Will definitely return in the future!
