IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*There is a queen-size memory foam mattress in the loft, but THE HEIGHT SPACE IN THE LOFT IS LIMITED. The height space is 3 ft.
*UNDECLARED PETS WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50 AND POSSIBLE CANCELLATION IF THE FEE ISN'T PAID.
*Early check-in and/or late check-out may be possible, just ask. There is a $25 fee and they must be approved in advance.
*THERE IS ANOTHER SHORT-TERM RENTAL ON SITE, IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THIS ONE. The stairs leading up to the other unit are maintenance use only and not accessible by guests.
*DO NOT MOVE THE MATTRESS OUT OF THE LOFT! It's expensive and can easily be ripped or torn by the natural wood railing. Also, the cleaner isn't capable of putting it back by herself. IF THE MATTRESS IS MOVED, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $150.
*Do not rearrange any of the furniture. This includes the outdoor rocking chairs. They must remain under the roof.

Summary: Property outside was very poorly maintained, hot tube poorly maintained, deck/porch was constructed very poorly with floor boards uneven and sharp screws and nails sticking out,loose railings and light bulbs burnt out and missing from strand of lights outside. It was not secluded at all with another unit 10 feet away. Not satisfied at all for the price. Coffee maker needed to be cleaned also .
