You will have access to the entire upper floor of the home( including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry ) and the entire backyard . Access is via the front door of the property.
The patio door off the dining room leads to the heavenly backyard space, gardens and direct access to Mission creek.
You may access the garage to find our outdoor recreational equipment (bikes, helmets, kayak and lifejackets).
One of the few lucky properties backing onto Mission Creek, with a 400m cruise in the kayak to Okanagan Lake. We are a few steps away from the world renowned Mission Creek Greenway. We are close to Downtown Kelowna, but our serene little neighbourhood is tucked away from the busyness. Lower Mission is a lovely, mostly-residential area with many of Kelowna`s top beaches, parks, creeks, wineries, restaurants, pubs, boutiques and grocery stores. It`s also home to the H2O recreational centre (indoor waterpark, gym, soccer fields, playground, library, indoor skating rinks).Lower Mission is known as Kelowna`s little beach-side town with multiple lake access points and the well-known Gyro Beach.

Quiet hours are 10:00pm-7:00am. We love our neighbours and want to maintain respectful relationships with them, so please don`t be `those guests` that ended up getting noise complaints from city bylaw.
Only guests on the guest list are permitted to stay at the property so please make sure your guest list is accurate on your booking.
Parties (uninvited guests, excessively loud music, etc) are not permitted and are grounds for immediate eviction.
There are 4 parking spaces available at the property, please keep your vehicles contained to these spaces.
Animals need to be disclosed and approved in advance of your booking. Please keep pets off the furniture and use the pet paw wipes as needed. We ask that you be responsible for cleaning up after your pet outdoors.
When the A/C units are running please keep windows and doors closed to ensure efficient cooling.
We have provided plastic drink-ware to be used when going outdoors to avoid any risk of damage or injury due to dropped glassware.
Smoking is ONLY allowed outside the house, away from windows and doors. We ask that you kindly clean after yourself.
Pool/hot tub maintenance and landscape work happens on Thursday mornings.
