Being located right on Main Street makes walking to all the fun shops and English Landing park incredibly convenient! The home is also located with 15 minutes of Downtown Kansas City by car. Uber and Lyft are very relevant in the KC Metro as well.
Other Things to Note:
Parkville is truly a unique small town that you'll love exploring! There is train that runs nearby. Earplugs are provided.
Local residents must obtain prior approval before instant booking. Quiet Hours are 10PM-7AM.
Please be courteous to the neighbors by keeping noise low and keeping the house and its surrounding clean. We also have a early check-in and late check-out fee of $20 for 1 hour, $50 for 2 hours, and $90 for 3 hours.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking of any kind. If we detect a smoke odor during or after your stay, you will be fined a minimum of $250.00. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
