With amazing beaches and restaurants in walking distance the vacation of your dreams is up to you and your family. Located next to Stone Steps beach and in between the famous Moonlight and Beacons beaches you have all sorts of options for sun, surf, and sand! Within 20/30 minutes you have access to Lego Land, the Zoo, Balboa Park, Wild Animal Park, Wineries, micro breweries, the convention center and much much more! The grassy front yard or the recently turfed backyard includes a kids playhouse and tons of toys to keep the kids entertained! So you can just sit back and relax as the yard is begging for your entertainment with an outdoor tv and a built-in grill and kamado joe combination along with a fridge. The converted garage has panoramic doors to open it up so you can enjoy a workout, yoga, gazebo style office, kids game room, or just a little more shade for post beach activities.
