Cute 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a lovely historic building. So close to University of Washington and a short walk to many cafes and restaurants. Neighborhood market across the street and Trader Joe's nearby. 5-minute walk to the light rail for downtown or airport. Well equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. I always allow free early check-in if possible. Please note there is no elevator. We have a parking space in a nearby building that you may use.
This comfortable space is set-up for one person or a couple. It is a cozy one-bedroom unit on the 3rd floor of a historic 1926 building.

✓Natural hair and body products are provided along with fluffy towels, cotton sheets, fleece blankets and bamboo quilt.
✓High speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV in the living room with Prime, Sling TV, Paramount and Disney+.

✓Central heating in the winter.
✓Laundry facilities in the basement.
Some things to note:
1. Due to HOA rules, I will need to have you sign a waiver for using the fire escape stairs before you can access the apartment, plus a simple rental agreement.
2. For stays of 30 days or more the HOA requires a background check.
3. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
5. When you first arrive at the property, I will need to buzz you in using the call box.
