This water front Villa is in a prestigious location on the St Lucie River with breathtaking views. Gated community, quiet and secure. You can fish right from our brand new docks or just sit and look at the beautiful river and watch the boats go by. We are minutes from the Saints golf course, Club Med golf course and a few others. Beach is 25 minutes away with turquoise waters.
This Villa is fully furnished with all new furniture and stainless kitchen appliances in 2017. Master has a view of the St. Lucie River from the glass sliding doors as well as the window. The master bath is brand new in 2018 with a walk in shower, a double sink vanity and new washer/dryer. The living room is large and has an awesome view of the River as well. The kitchen is bright and has a table and chairs and plenty of cabinets. There is an inside Tiki Bar with a small fridge and separate ice maker. The community is located by a wildlife preserve which is very scenic to walk through.
