This modest 150 year old farmhouse is nestled in the quaint hamlet of Preston Hollow with the Catskill Creek running behind the backyard. We spent 2 years renovating the interior ourselves where you will find 3BR & 2 Bath with new tile and wide-planked flooring. Heat is provided with all new baseboard heaters on Smart Thermostat as well as a wood-burning stove. In the Summer, we have window air-conditioner units. Other Amenities: Cable, WIFI, AppleTV, all new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, wood-burning stove, bicycle, piano, grill, & garden. We are located on Main Street of Preston Hollow between two quiet neighbors. Perfect for quiet, respectful guests who are interested in skiing at Windham or just need a getaway or work-from-home situation. Large Groups, Parties, Illegal activities: This is NOT the place. Summary: Everything was very smooth and Donnie was flexible to a change in plans. Everything in the kitchen was good and check in was very easy. I appreciated all the sticky notes reminding me about how things works so I didn't have to pull my phone out and check a long message every time. Thank you!
