Nestled against the rocks in 29 Palms, Zainaland is a stunning, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unique estate. Live outdoors with sweeping views, a hot tub, wood burning firepit and outdoor dining space. Inside, relive Joshua Tree in the 70's with this captivating home full of original details and eclectic decor. Cozy up to the bar in the gigantic living room and toast to the desert in this wildly exotic, but elegant home.
This is a three bed, four bath home up against in the rocks in 29 Palms and a quick drive to 49 Palms Oasis Trail which is part of Joshua Tree National Park. There are two king bedrooms with en suite baths and one double queen bedroom with en suite bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked with an additional outdoor BBQ for preparing meals. The yard features a hot tub, wood firepit and outdoor dining area.
Come escape in this cavernous home with incredible views and a nod to 70's Joshua Tree.
You will have access to the pellet stoves with pellets provided. The main fireplace is unfortunately a safety hazard and off limits, but you're welcome to bring firewood for the outdoor firepit.
No commercial photography or filming without express permission and a proper permit. This includes branded social media content. Personal photos/filming and social media are always ok. If we find you have done so, there will be a $5000/day production fee assessed to each night of your stay. Bottom line: just ask. :)
NO PARTIES. The home sleeps eight max. Neighbors will be quick to call the county and YOU will be responsible for any county fines. If the cops get called, you will be asked to vacate without a refund.
There is a front door camera that is only monitored if there is an issue. We do not monitor guests during their stay.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times outside. The desert is full of snakes, spiders and coyotes and we want to keep them safe.
If you bring your pet, know that there's a $109 pet fee and minimum $50 charge for pet hair found on the furniture, multiple pet waste in the yard or pet accidents that haven't been cleaned up. We will provide lint brushes, a dog bed, waste bags and sheets to put over furniture. Please use them.
